Prima Panama has just discovered a new residential tower project located in a section of Panama City called El Congrejo.  El Congrejo is one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods built up on a hill overlooking the financial district and with views of the Pacific Ocean . The project is called Portanova and is the third and final building in one of the city's most sought after developments. The first two towers, Teranova I and Teranova II quickly sold out during presale five years ago and are currently fully occupied by their owners.

What makes this project so special? Here are a few things we found when we visited the property. First, in this project there are already two completed towers and you can plainly see the quality of the construction.  Second, it is a family operation and every aspect of the development, from the architecture to construction to sales, is done by the family.  Not only that, but the entire family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) lives there.  We know this project will be completed and we know the quality will be consistent with their two previous buildings.  The other buildings are 2 to 5 years old and they are completely occupied by owners.  Only a handful of units have traded hands over the past two years.  One unit that did go on sale not long ago sold in less than two days at a substantial profit to the owner.  Based on this information, we think this is an excellent investment.  As you can see, this kind of information is not available unless you know the principals involved. 

There are a total of 41 lofts, apartments and penthouses in Portanova and we have just 12 units available for our members. We have negotiated a special “pre/pre-sale” price that is substantially lower than the anticipated pre-sale price which means that our member's investment will appreciate by at least $25,000 when the building goes on to the market.
